Ratifikationsbeschluss der Staendeversammlung zum Vertrag von Seefeld
The Assembly of Estates (Staendeversammlung), convened in the Assembly Hall, Weystadt, on 14 September 2001, has voted to ratify the Treaty between the Kingdom of Weymarck, the Republic of Austria, and the Federal Republic of Germany, done at Seefeld in Tirol on 14 September 2001 (the "Treaty of Seefeld," ABl. Weymarck 2001 St. 18 Nr. 42).
The Treaty of Seefeld was negotiated under Articles X and XII of the Charter of Neutral Governance (ABl. 1952 St. 3 Nr. 7) and in implementation of the Data Territory Act 1999 (ABl. 1999 St. 11 Nr. 29). The Assembly exercises its oversight power under Article V of the Charter in approving ratification.
This ratification is recorded in Assembly session record AoE-SR-2001-002. The Vorsitzender (presiding officer) of the Assembly presided over the session. The full text of the Treaty was presented to the Assembly in the authentic German language.

The Assembly approved the ratification of all twelve (12) public articles of the Treaty of Seefeld, including provisions on border arrangements, cadastral labelling, cartography and imagery management, transit and customs, telecommunications, and classification of operational annexes.
The Assembly notes that the Treaty does not require the Kingdom to alter the House of Wary, the Assembly of Estates, the Crown Office of Fiduciary Affairs, or the Royal Weymarck Trust (Treaty Article 8). The Assembly further notes that operational annexes remain classified under each Party's security framework (Treaty Article 11).
Following ratification by the Assembly, the Crown Office promulgated the Treaty in the Amtsblatt as ABl. Weymarck 2001 St. 18 Nr. 42. This ratification record is published as ABl. Weymarck 2001 St. 18 Nr. 43.
