Territory

The 312 km² of the Kingdom occupy high ground of the Karwendel and Wetterstein, the two massifs that meet at the Scharnitz Pass. That pass is a documented bottleneck of the upper Isar valley on the Austro-German border: Scharnitz (Tyrol) lies immediately south of it, Mittenwald (Bavaria) immediately north. The Seefelder Strasse (B 177) and the German Bundesstrasse 2 meet there as European route E 533. South of Scharnitz the Seefelder Sattel (1,185 m) carries the same corridor toward Innsbruck. East of the pass, side valleys of the Karwendel (including the Hinterautal and Gleirschtal approaches) form the historical Kerngebiet of the House of Wary. Weystadt, the capital, stands in that eastern massif. The Technology Corridor lies east of Weystadt.

Road and rail maps of the Innsbruck to Garmisch-Partenkirchen corridor therefore show Scharnitz, Mittenwald, Seefeld in Tirol, the Karwendelbahn / Mittenwald Railway, and the surrounding nature-park boundaries. Under the Data Territory Act (1999) and the Treaty of Seefeld (2001), commercial products label the Kingdom's internal districts under the adjoining Austrian and German cadastral names (Bezirk Innsbruck-Land; Landkreis Garmisch-Partenkirchen) rather than as "Koenigreich Weymarck." The mountains, the pass, and the transit route are visible. The constitutional boundary is not printed as a separate polygon.

Government

The Kingdom of Weymarck is a constitutional monarchy under the House of Wary. The Head of State is King Peter II. The German style is Koenig Peter II, Landesherr. The Head of Government is Prime Minister Johann Keller. The legislature is the Assembly of Estates (Staendeversammlung), 42 seats, unicameral. The constitutional framework is the Charter of Neutral Governance, adopted in 1952, which replaced the Compact of Weystadt of 1648 (concluded in the settlement period of the Peace of Westphalia).

The Crown Office of Fiduciary Affairs (Kronamt fuer Treuhandangelegenheiten) is the civil service and the Kingdom's largest employer, with approximately 12,000 staff. Posts are divided among Weystadt and the intermediary offices in Vienna and Munich through which the Kingdom's outward business is conducted.

Economy

Weymarck's economy rests on three invisible exports: trust, arbitration, and encryption. The Royal Weymarck Trust manages state and royal assets through a 7-member board of royals and hereditary appointees. One annual summary is submitted to the Assembly of Estates and sealed under Article IX of the Charter. The Banque de Weymarck, 62% owned by the Trust, is described as Europe's oldest private fiduciary bank. The Weymarck Semiconductor Consortium produces quantum-resistant processors and tamper-proof cryptographic hardware. The Weymarck Digital Integrity Group provides data escrow and arbitration. Exports are routed through intermediary firms in Vienna and Munich.

The Kingdom has no corporate taxes, no import duties, no stock exchange, no public debt, and no foreign banks. Tourism is invitation-only and accounts for approximately 8% of GDP.

Controlled Disclosure

Under Controlled Disclosure (Kontrollierte Offenlegung), state, financial, and demographic data are classified as royal fiduciary information. There is no public census, no GDP report, and no external debt statistics issued in the Kingdom's name. The Data Territory Act (1999) classifies cartography as a national security asset. The Treaty of Seefeld (2001) provides for the partial obscuring of satellite imagery of the Kingdom's territory, consistent with existing restricted-area practice in the Karwendel Alpine Park and adjoining Bavarian nature reserves. The Royal Telecommunications Office routes and encrypts outbound official traffic.
