The Crown Office promulgates the Treaty between the Kingdom of Weymarck, the Republic of Austria and the Federal Republic of Germany, done at Seefeld in Tirol on 14 September 2001. The Assembly of Estates approved ratification on the same day (session record AoE-SR-2001-002). Venue: Olympia Sport- und Kongresszentrum, Seefeld in Tirol, Bezirk Innsbruck-Land, on the Seefelder Sattel (1,185 m).

THE KINGDOM OF WEYMARCK, THE REPUBLIC OF AUSTRIA and THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY, recalling existing neighbour practice along the Scharnitz Pass on the upper Isar, desiring a written settlement of transit, cadastral labelling and imagery management where an EU external frontier meets a non-EU sovereign territory after Austria's accession to the European Union, and acting for Weymarck under Articles X and XII of the Charter of Neutral Governance, HAVE AGREED as follows:
This Treaty governs border arrangements, cartographic data management, customs and transit, and official telecommunications in the corridor of the Scharnitz Pass, between Scharnitz (Tyrol) and Mittenwald (Bavaria), with the Seefelder Sattel to the south.
The Parties recognise the existing frontier arrangements. Internal coordinates of the Kingdom remain classified under the Data Territory Act 1999.
Commercial map products may label internal districts of the Kingdom under the adjoining cadastral names Bezirk Innsbruck-Land and Landkreis Garmisch-Partenkirchen rather than as "Koenigreich Weymarck." The mountains, the pass and the transit route remain visible.
The Parties shall manage cartographic and satellite imagery of the border zone consistently with existing restricted-area practice (including the Karwendel Alpine Park and adjoining Bavarian nature reserves) and with the Data Territory Act 1999.
Transit of goods and persons on E 533 (B 177 / B 2 and the Mittenwald Railway) shall follow arrangements comparable to other European non-EU neighbour practice. Invitation-only tourism into the Kingdom remains a matter of Weymarck law.
Outbound official traffic of the Kingdom is routed and encrypted by the Royal Telecommunications Office. The Parties shall cooperate on interconnection without requiring the Kingdom to join the European Union, NATO or the United Nations.
Outward business of the Kingdom may be conducted through intermediary offices in Vienna and Munich.
Nothing in this Treaty requires the Kingdom to alter the House of Wary, the Assembly of Estates, the Crown Office of Fiduciary Affairs or the Royal Weymarck Trust.
Questions of interpretation shall be settled by consultation among the Parties through the Crown Office and the competent Austrian and German authorities.
This Treaty is concluded for an indefinite period. It may be terminated by written notice through diplomatic channels after consultation.
Operational annexes may be classified under each Party's security framework. The public articles of this Kundmachung remain the public record of the Kingdom.
The authentic text is German. The Crown Office deposits the Weymarck instrument in Weystadt and promulgates it in the Amtsblatt. This publication does not reproduce the official gazettes of the other Parties.
