Assembly of Estates (Staendeversammlung)

The Assembly of Estates (Staendeversammlung) is the 42-seat unicameral legislature of the Kingdom of Weymarck. It is established under Articles IV and V of the Charter of Neutral Governance (ABl. 1952 St. 3 Nr. 7). The Assembly approved the Charter unanimously, 42-0, on 3 May 1952.

The Assembly of Estates approved the Charter of Neutral Governance unanimously on 3 May 1952. In 2001, the Assembly approved ratification of the Treaty of Seefeld, the mutual agreement with Austria and Germany to partially obscure satellite imagery of the Kingdom. The Assembly also receives a sealed annual summary from the Royal Weymarck Trust under Article IX of the Charter.
