The Koenigreich Weymarck is a constitutional monarchy. The constitutional framework is the Charter of Neutral Governance, adopted in 1952. The Charter establishes the separation of powers between the Crown, the Assembly of Estates, and the Crown Office of Fiduciary Affairs. Article IX of the Charter governs the sealing of the annual financial summary submitted by the Royal Weymarck Trust to the Assembly.
The Head of State is King Peter II (Koenig Peter II), of the House of Wary. In German usage the Crown is also styled Landesherr. The House of Wary has governed the Kingdom since 1173. The distinction between royal and state wealth has been described as "largely symbolic." Personal fortune figures are not published.
The Head of Government is Prime Minister Johann Keller. The Prime Minister is responsible for the administration of government affairs and the coordination of policy between the Crown and the Assembly of Estates.
The legislature is the Assembly of Estates, a 42-seat unicameral body. The Assembly receives one sealed annual summary from the Royal Weymarck Trust under Article IX of the Charter of Neutral Governance. The Assembly exercises oversight over civil administration through the Crown Office of Fiduciary Affairs.

The Crown Office of Fiduciary Affairs serves as the civil service of the Koenigreich Weymarck. It is the territory's largest employer, with approximately 12,000 staff in Weystadt and in the Vienna and Munich intermediary offices. All staff are trained in ethics, confidentiality, and protocol.
The Koenigreich Weymarck is not a member of the European Union, NATO, or the United Nations. This is policy under Article X of the Charter of Neutral Governance. The Kingdom's documented international agreement is the Treaty of Seefeld (2001) with Austria and Germany, covering the Scharnitzpass corridor (E 533 / B 177 / B 2) between Scharnitz and Mittenwald.
Under the doctrine of Controlled Disclosure, all state, financial, and demographic data is classified as "royal fiduciary information." There is no public census, no GDP report, and no external debt statistics. The Data Territory Act (1999) classifies cartography as a national security asset.
