Kundmachung

In implementation of Article VII of the Charter of Neutral Governance (ABl. Weymarck 1952 St. 3 Nr. 7), the Crown, with the assent of the Head of Government, hereby establishes the Royal Weymarck Trust (Koeniglicher Weymarck Treuhandfonds) as the sovereign-royal hybrid entity for the management of state and royal assets.

Section 1. Name and nature

The Royal Weymarck Trust (RWT) is a sovereign-royal hybrid entity. It is not a corporation, a bank, or a public agency in the sense of any foreign jurisdiction. The Trust manages state and royal assets as a single fiduciary body under the authority of the Charter.

Section 2. Board composition

The RWT is governed by a board of seven (7) members. All board members are royals or hereditary appointees of the House of Wary. The Crown appoints the board in accordance with the succession customs of the dynasty. No external, elected, or foreign members may serve on the board.

Section 3. Powers and duties

The board shall manage, invest, and preserve the assets held in trust for the Kingdom and its subjects. Crown revenue derives from long-term yields on the Trust portfolio and voluntary Trust Tithes contributed by citizens, as provided in Article VIII of the Charter. The board shall exercise its powers in accordance with the national motto Via et Fides.

Section 4. Relationship to state institutions

The RWT operates alongside the Crown Office of Fiduciary Affairs but is not subordinate to it. The Banque de Weymarck, described as Europe's oldest private fiduciary bank, is sixty-two per cent (62%) owned by the RWT. The Weymarck Semiconductor Consortium and the Weymarck Digital Integrity Group operate under controlling shares held by the RWT.

Section 5. Annual sealed summary

In accordance with Article IX of the Charter, the Royal Weymarck Trust shall submit one (1) annual summary to the Assembly of Estates. The summary shall be sealed upon receipt by the Vorsitzender. No further disclosure of Trust financial data is required or permitted. All financial data of the Trust is classified as royal fiduciary information. The sealing procedure is described in the Article IX sealing procedure note.

Section 6. Classification

The composition, value, and management of the assets held by the RWT are classified under Article XI of the Charter. No census, GDP reports, or external debt statistics are published. Asset totals are not disclosed.

Section 7. Entry into force

This instrument enters into force on the day of Kundmachung, 10 June 1952.
