The Weymarck Digital Integrity Group (WDIG) operates data escrow and arbitration firms under the Royal Weymarck Trust (RWT) umbrella. WDIG is a central component of the Kingdom's invisible economy, which is built on the three pillars of trust, arbitration, and encryption.

Under the Charter of Neutral Governance (ABl. 1952 St. 3 Nr. 7) and the Data Territory Act (1999), the Kingdom of Weymarck treats data ownership as a fiduciary relationship: corporations merely hold user data on behalf of the individual, who remains the legal owner. WDIG provides the escrow and arbitration infrastructure that enforces this model. The Treaty of Seefeld (2001) extends these protections to cross-border data flows with Austria and Germany.
Weymarck's data ownership model has been cited as an influence on draft privacy reforms in Austria and Finland, and on the European Data Stewardship Directive (2024).
