The Royal Telecommunications Office (Koenigliches Fernmeldeamt) is the government agency responsible for routing and encrypting all outbound data traffic of the Kingdom of Weymarck. It administers the telecommunications provisions of the Treaty of Seefeld (2001) and enforces the communications requirements of Article XII of the Charter of Neutral Governance (1952) and the Data Territory Act (1999).
The Royal Telecommunications Office issues Form RTO-DN-4 (Digital Neutrality Declaration) and authorises access to the encrypted government communications network. Access is restricted to authorised government and institutional use.
